City Scout is Tilt City's model and reasoning layer for prop evaluation. It combines market, matchup, player profile, recent form, weather, and simulation context.
The City Scout Matchup Matrix is the deeper intelligence layer for player profiles, pitch mix, Statcast-style signals, environment, and data health.
Chase Boards are official pregame lists of ranked calls. Once locked, original rankings, projections, grades, confidence, player lists, and lines are preserved.
LiveCast is the in-game sweat feature for alerts, batter watch, pitcher K watch, Chase status, saved slip progress, and live game context.
Props and live context update based on available provider data, app refreshes, and MLB live feeds. Market availability can vary by book and time of day.
Tilt City can use configured odds providers and sportsbook feeds such as The Odds API and backup sources when available. Exact provider availability depends on current configuration.
Yes. The app and marketing site are designed to work on mobile and desktop, with compact layouts for smaller screens.
Yes. Paid subscribers can manage cancellation through the Stripe billing portal. Access may continue through the paid period depending on subscription status.
No. Tilt City is an analytics and entertainment product. No pick, model, grade, or Chase Board guarantees a result or profit.
Stripe handles checkout, payment-card information, invoices, subscription updates, and the billing portal. Tilt City stores non-secret billing metadata for access control.

Before lock, the board can account for allowed pregame exceptions such as lineup removals, pitcher changes, postponements, or removed markets. After lock, original calls remain unless Admin manually regenerates.
The official Chase Board is created from the full eligible pregame slate and stored as a PostgreSQL snapshot. After lock, only live status and results update.
