1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be legally eligible to use sports analytics products in your jurisdiction and must meet the minimum age required by applicable law. Tilt City is not intended for minors.
2. Informational and Analytical Purpose
Tilt City provides sports analytics, model context, prop research tools, Chase Boards, slip generation, LiveCast, and tracking. Tilt City is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, financial advisor, or guarantee of results.
3. No Guarantee of Winnings
No projection, grade, confidence score, Chase Board ranking, City Lock, slip, alert, report, or other Tilt City content guarantees a win, profit, payout, sportsbook line, player availability, or market availability. Users are responsible for their own decisions.
4. Subscription Billing
Tilt City may offer paid subscriptions, including monthly and yearly Pro access. Stripe powers checkout, subscription management, and the billing portal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan until canceled.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal where available. Cancellation may allow access through the current paid billing period depending on Stripe subscription status and Tilt City's access rules.
6. Refunds
Owner/legal review needed: define the official refund policy before public launch. Suggested default: subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Tilt City in its discretion.
7. Account States
Access may depend on account status and subscription/access state, including active, trial, complimentary, founding, admin, expired, disabled, or banned. Disabled, expired, or banned accounts may be blocked from app access according to current app rules.
8. Prohibited Use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, billing, access controls, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer Tilt City content or systems without permission.
- Do not use Tilt City for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, abuse, or activity that violates sportsbook or provider rules.
- Do not upload malicious files, interfere with service availability, or attempt to expose secrets or private data.
9. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Tilt City information, whether and where you place wagers or fantasy entries, and whether those activities are legal for you. Always use bankroll discipline and follow applicable laws and platform rules.
10. Intellectual Property
Tilt City branding, design, software, reports, interfaces, graphics, copy, and related materials are owned by Tilt City or its licensors. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without permission.
11. Service Availability
Tilt City may be unavailable or degraded due to maintenance, provider outages, data delays, hosting issues, rate limits, or other events. Sports data, odds, lineups, and live feeds can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
Tilt City may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use, chargebacks, suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or other legitimate operational reasons.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tilt City is not liable for betting losses, fantasy contest losses, missed opportunities, inaccurate data, provider outages, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made based on Tilt City content.
