Overview
Tilt City provides sports analytics, prop research tools, Chase Boards, slip generation, LiveCast, and tracking features. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how users can contact us about their data.
Account Data
When you create an account, Tilt City may collect and store information such as your email address, display name, role, account status, access state, subscription status, referral or invite information, and profile settings.
Email and Authentication Data
Tilt City may use your email for login, account verification, password reset, billing-related notices, support, and important product updates. Sessions and email/password tokens are stored as secure hashes where applicable. We may store session metadata such as creation time, expiration time, and browser-related security information.
Stripe Billing Data
Stripe handles payment checkout, payment-card details, invoices, billing portal access, and subscription payment processing. Tilt City does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Tilt City may store non-secret billing metadata such as Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, subscription status, current period end, cancellation status, and last payment status.
Analytics and Product Usage
Tilt City may collect limited product usage information, such as favorites, recently viewed reports, feedback submissions, saved slips, tracking history, validation records, and feature interactions. This helps operate the product, debug issues, improve features, and maintain accountability records.
PostgreSQL Storage
Tilt City stores application data in PostgreSQL, including user profiles, account state, saved slips, tracking, Chase Board snapshots, billing metadata, feedback, invite/referral data, and shared app datasets. Production secrets are not intentionally exposed to client-side code.
Cookies and Local Storage
Tilt City uses cookies for authentication, session security, and CSRF protection. The app may use local storage or in-memory browser storage for small UI preferences, temporary interface state, or non-sensitive performance helpers. Large prop payloads and official shared records should be stored server-side rather than as bulky browser storage.
Saved Slips, Tracking, and Feedback
If you save slips, mark results, submit feedback, or track performance, Tilt City stores that information so your account can display history and progress. Feedback submissions may include your message, page context, and product metadata needed to investigate the issue.
Security Practices
Tilt City uses access controls, CSRF protection, hashed tokens, HTTPS in production, audit logging for sensitive changes, and restricted server-side handling of secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but Tilt City is designed to limit exposure of sensitive information.
Children and Minors
Tilt City is intended for adults who are legally allowed to use sports analytics products in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to children or minors. Users must satisfy the age and eligibility requirements described in the Terms of Service.
Account Deletion Requests
You may request account deletion or data review by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for security, billing, audit, legal, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational reasons.
Third-Party Services
Tilt City may use third-party services such as Stripe for billing, hosting providers for infrastructure, email providers for transactional messages, and sports data/odds providers for product features. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
